**on Takki's new haircut**

Just went on Stephichan’s blog and noticed what she said about Takki’s hair…it's back to black!!!! @_@ *DIES* Well, almost. It’s really a dark chocolate w/blk highlights. She said it looks blk and it’s short (like the Damecon pamphlet photos!). I dunno…I’ll just have to wait n’see who has the Zubari epi she’s talking about. She also said it’s not a ‘rebonded’ look. What she means by that is beyond me. lol :P (gomen, sis…didn’t catch what you meant) lolol *pfffffft* Okok, so I’m rather slow when it comes to catching phrases like that. (flew over my head) lmao
Ah…ok. Bonnie just recently emailed me back telling me that Mich’s site has the Zubari epi I’m looking for. (w/Takki’s black hair) Alrighty then…I’ll grab’em while I can laters.

I dunno. Just went there (Mon.) and didn’t find anything. Am I blind again or is it just me? (sad face) Can anyone help me find the Zubari epi I’m looking for? (the one Stephichan was mentioning in her blog) And Bonnie said she doesn't upl/d Zubari epis no more because there's too many people in clubbox now who're doing it, so it was taihen for her to continue to do so.

**My disaterous days the DAY AFTER Thanksgiving**

My goodness…what a week this has been for me. The day after Thanksgiving Day (Nov.23), I ended up flat on my back in bed from the early evening on due to constant vomiting and diarrhea for a straight half-hour or so, non-stop. I think this was one of the most horrible feelings I’ve felt in such a long time. And I’ve never been this sick in a long time either. Well, I guess like they always say, “Once in your life, it’s bound to happen sometime.”

I had a hard time falling asleep, constantly moving around in bed all night, couldn’t get a good night’s rest at all. The more I went to the bathroom, the weaker I became. The only thing that I could hold in was water and warm diet 7-Up soda. The next morning, I tried eating some jello, but I threw that out too. Seemed like everything I tried I couldn’t keep in, except the water and warm 7-Up. My skin ended up being dry and slightly itchy and I never actually urinated until the day after (Nov.24). Even my lips turned dry. I lost a lot of weight but developed a constant headache the whole time.

Then, I was starting to worry so I called Kaiser Medical, their Urgent Care unit for an appointment (Nov.24). Good thing the person over the phone didn’t question and gave me an afternoon appt. right away. I kind-of knew this was serious if I kept stalling in seeing a doctor.

It was quite funny though because I brought with me a plastic bucket; one of my daughter’s buckets from the San Diego Zoo. (those kids’ meals that come in a bucket) I brought it with me in case I ever needed to vomit. But then everyone else who was waiting in the waiting room (which was surprisingly packed) probably knew I was really sick if I needed that. lol

After they checked my vitals (i.e. blood pressure, temperature (which was slightly high at 99.4°F or 37.4°C), etc.) I waited for the doctor in the room with my husb. and daughter. Doc finally walked in and had such a warm demeanor about himself. Kind, friendly, and very sensitive to whatever I had to say. (he listened) Pressed my stomach here n’there, checked my breathing, looked inside my throat, and took my blood pressure again as well as my temperature. Said that it was just one of those viruses going around. He diagnosed me with dehydration and gastroenteritis. (uggh) I needed to drink some Gatorade mixed with water (diluted a bit), drink lots of water, eat some saltine crackers, and take Imodium-AD for the diarrhea and Pepto Bismol for the vomiting.

After the doc’s visit, they then took me to another room to administer an IV into my arm for about a half-hour or so since I was quite weak and dehydrated. They said that no matter how many times I kept drinking water, it wasn’t going to be enough for me to catch up in becoming better quick. The nurse warned me that there would be a cold sensation and I’d end up becoming cold a bit after they stick me with the IV. Sure enough, I became so cold, that even though they gave me a blanket, I still needed my long-sleeve sweat jacket for cover. Gosh, she wasn’t kidding…*brrrrrrr*…lol I had a large bag and in no time, almost the entire bag went into me. It had done really good and felt slightly better after that.

Then I was all done and was able to go home. They printed from their computer some directions on what I needed to do for the Imodium-AD and Pepto Bismol and other stuff I could eat and what I couldn’t. It was good too because I was really looking forward in going home real quick, as my bed had become my safe haven all this time, resting all day and night.

Good thing I had the bucket too because after the doc’s visit, my hubby wanted to stop by the supermarket for my items. While I rested in the car, I vomited once again. I think it looked like I threw out some of the IV medication; hard to tell. My throat became sore probably was acid that passed through my throat. Don’t know whether it came from the IV or not. Well, felt slightly better after I got home and after taking the Imodium-AD and Pepto Bismol. Felt like finally eating some chicken noodle soup as well as drinking green tea, Gatorade, and jello.

Today (Nov.25), I felt like eating some jello vanilla pudding and was able to keep it down, so that was good. I also ate my first Cup-o-Noodle too. (I know; cheapo but, hey.) I was too lazy to make myself regular Japanese saimin noodles. Never tried eating any rice yet, so we’ll see. Hope I can hold that down. All throughout the days though, my stomach ached no matter how many times I drank Gatorade, water, or diet 7-Up. After I started eating stuff, only then did my stomach get better and not ache so much. My taste buds are all out of whack still, I guess because of all the vomiting I was doing. Eating chicken noodle soup tasted kind-of bland for me. (usually it’s salty) And my hearing in the beginning was sort-of in an out for a bit. (now it’s ok) One of the most awful feelings is having an empty stomach while resting all day. You wanna eat a lot of stuff (i.e. pizza, ice cream, etc. etc.) but can’t. That was the sickening part. My hubby bought themselves potato chips, ice cream, corn on the cob, fruits, pumpkin pie, etc. etc. and I couldn’t eat any of them. At the same time, I couldn’t tell them to not eat those things just because I couldn’t. It just wouldn’t be fair to them. But, they made sure they didn’t eat it in front of me. lol (my hubby knows what it’s like when someone eats in front of you and you want but can’t)

Well, that’s my story about what I was going through the day after Thanksgiving. Thank goodness I can finally see the end of the light. All along I kept thinking back to how I suffered when I was pregnant with my daughter in my first trimester. (what I’m going through reminded me of my pregnancy) Yuck! For 3 whole months straight, I constantly vomited. (morning sickness) That’s the way it goes though; it’s normal. I never gained weight in the beginning though; in fact, I lost weight. A good 8 lbs. And whatever I ate, it fluctuated. One day I could eat rice, the next I couldn’t. Another day I could eat spaghetti, the next I couldn’t. It threw off my hubby to no end but, he rolled with the punches. (poor thing) But of course, this was different. I was pregnant then; it was ‘normal’ for women to develop morning sickness during pregnancy. As for what I have now, it’s totally different. In fact, I almost forgot to say that I was admitted into the ER once during my 1st trimester because of dehydration. I was administered an IV again, just like yesterday, except this time I was able to lie down on a hospital bed. Good thing it didn’t affect the baby; baby was healthy.

In lighter news, good thing I finished watching ‘Romeo & Julieto’ before I became sick. The entire dorama…yaaaaaaay! Another dorama finished to my collection, which are:

Chichi no Umi, Boku no Sora
Satomi Hakkenden
Taiyou no Kisetsu
and now, Romeo & Juliet

I know, I still have yet to finish watching ‘Bokumado’. I guess I’m just lazy. lol I’d better hurry though before I have to rewatch the entire thing from scratch all over again just so I’d know what happened in the beginning. lol :P Well, I guess I can look at it this way. Even though I’m coped up at home in my bedroom all day and night, at least I can catch up watching Takki-doramas, right? lol And yes, I still put up Takki’s pics next to my bedside since my hubby isn’t sleeping with me in the same room. He doesn’t wanna catch what I have. lolol :P

I really wished Takki was here to take care of me. He’d be a really good husband, no question. (I hope) I say ‘hope’ because there are some husbands (in Japan) that still leave their wives behind while walking somewhere. I’ve seen it happen and I think it’s mostly probably due to their upbringing. That there’s still some males that are the dominant in a relationship so, they tend to leave their wives behind when walking. I just only hope that Takki won’t do that.

Reiko: Iiitai, my splitting headache…iyyya~ -_-
Takki: (puts a wet, warm cloth over my forehead; but before he puts the cloth on my forehead, he kisses it. Lies down next to me on his side and faces me, rubbing my stomach lightly. Then, he holds my hand while I rest and watches me sleep.)

Gosh, how I’d love to have that happen but no such luck. lol :P All I can say is, *sigh*melts*…dreaming Takkiland… Baii…I think I’ll be dreaming off for awhile now. lol

Actually, I really missed talking to everyone on here too. -_- I miss you all so much! U guys take care for me, ok? And I wish everyone in good health. (unlike me…lol :P) Gambatte in your studies…and study hard. In the end, know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, and in no time, T&T’s Xmas Kuricon will be here…*whoooohoooo!*

(such a sweet smile he has toward his mother...aaawwww~ R&J dorama screenie)

Actually, I couldn't just leave without posting 1 pic up of Takki, right? (and to make me feel better after what I went through) Thought I'd post a screencap (I have more) for you guys here from the R&J dorama. He was smiling like this in the hospital after giving his mother an apple...and the way he cut it too before giving it to her...cuuute~ Don't get me wrong, she was in the hospital; not him. lol Hope you all enjoy~XDDD
